Christmas Allowance

The Christmas allowance is paid annually at the end of November.

Vacation Allowance

The payment of vacation allowance depends on the date the employee joins Dellent.

1st year:

• If the entry date is between 01/01 and 30/06, you will receive the proportional of the allowance on 31/08 and 31/12.
• If the entry date occurs between 01/07 and 31/12, you will receive the proportional allowance on 31/12.

2nd year:

• On this year, the proportional of the allowance is paid in the month before the longest vacation period (the one in which there are more vacation days booked). On 31/12, the remaining of the proportional allowance for that year is paid.

3rd year and beyond:

• The allowance is paid in full in the month prior to the longest vacation period (the one in which you have more vacation days scheduled).

<aside> 💡 Example: Considering an employee who joined on 01/03/2020.

1st year (2020): you will receive the proportional amount on August 31st regarding the months you worked; in December the adjustment will be made and you will receive the proportional amount for the remaining months you worked (from September to December);

2nd year (2021): you will take the longest vacation period in August, so you will receive in July the proportion of the months you worked that year (2021); in December the adjustment will be made, you will receive the proportional amount for the remaining months you worked (from August to December);

3rd year (2022): the allowance will be paid in full in the month before the longest vacation period (example: you are on vacation from May 26th to June 16th, so the vacation allowance will be paid by end of May).
