Main responsibilities

• Creation and management of job posts;
• Curricular screening;
• Active recruitment (Linkedin and Database);
• Selection and presentation of vacancies to candidates;
• Recommending candidates and advising Hiring Managers;
• Conducting interviews;
• Management of the candidate and consultant experience;
• Definition of strategies for talent retention;
• Mentoring junior team members.
